I would advise they get some hair remover for their face that is cream instead of shaving it makes stubble it is a embarrassing situation
waxing or cream hair removal systems work best and i agree stubble is embarassing for women. Id advise AGAINST shaving, but yea they should remove upper lip hair
If you want to grow a beard and make your hair follicles produce coarse hairs the yes go for it!.
