I say Al is the worst . No one wants to go there no coach or players . They have no chance to win the superbowl.Also he is so old just retired that old bag. Jamarcus Russell might look bad now but trust me when he gets some talented recievers he will be very good qb.
I would tell Al that its time to step back a bit and relax control. He was a genius in his time but the game has changed and he hasnt kept up with the change. I would tell JaMarcus to just play ball, its time to let it fly
