What advice do you teachers have for students that hate school and want to drop out?

you have three choices...








1) Work in Mc Donalds the rest of your life





2) Earn your HS degree and go to a trade school (mechanic, etc.)





3) Go to college and do something right








Personally, I don't think you should give up. If HS is tough for you then you should take it one day at a time. Your answer isn't to run from your problems. Address the problems and see how you can improve.What advice do you teachers have for students that hate school and want to drop out?
Actually, even McDonalds won't hire you if you don't have or aren't working towards a high school degree. So you could drop out, but you won't find it easy to get a job, much less a decent job. im not a teacher but i think that a good message to send out to kids is that school.. is such a small part of your life.. but it makes a huge difference.. its just one of the many stepping stones we all have to do in order to get to the nect stepping stone..and get to a place were we want to be in the wrodl.. and altough kids may not appreciate it right now.. they will when they think back and see what achievments theyve made. if a kid is willing to give up thier education.. you have to ask them.. what will you do after this?.. do they think they can just skip the schooling and go stright into work?.. becasue they will have to face stepping stones there too... and thats when they'll realise they should saty in school. :) hope that helps
