When a girl gives you her number it mean she liked you, and wants to get to know you more/better!

If you really like her too, make sure you show it and compliment her a lot. Also in order to get to know her better and for her to get to know you, ';BE YOURSELF'; at all times, don't try to show off or act like someone your not. That's a big no, no.

To generalize women is a bad start anyway... But, in most cases, yes. Why would a girl give you her contact information if she didn't expect you to call. If she didn't want anything to do with you, she wouldn't have passed you the ball, so to speak. She's at least halfway interested to see what you've got.
If a girl gives you her number, it means she's interested in knowing more about you.. and there's a strong possibility that she likes you... my advice- the 2 day rule. don't call her until at least 2 days has passed since she's given you her number

That depends on how you got the number. If she gives it because she feels she has to then no, and don't call her. If she gives it because she wants to then call her. That means she would like to see you again.
