I would search out books that hve a reference toyour problems . This will not only help you with your present problem but others you may incounter





I'm sure you have enough intellegence to sit and work outyour problems itsjust the overwhelming feeling s that panic you that tyou think yu dont have the solutionnin your hands but you do have to every problem ventually .


Remenmber Napoleon put all his problems in a top drawer after ! Month 50% of them had solved themselves . Donot invest tooo much angst in your problems /


A good trick is to write the problem on a sheet of paper then burn the paper it certainly quietens the mind !!!!
I go through this daily.
