What kind of exercises do you advice if i want to lose weight not build muscle?

i'm going for a thin look, rather than a fit bodyWhat kind of exercises do you advice if i want to lose weight not build muscle?
for just a thin look? thats easy peasy ;) just eat well, throw in some cardio (longer more drawn out cardio, say 45 minutes at a time; as opposed too sprinting. Sprinting will make your body look more fit then just thin.)

Id probably avoid weight training if you just wana be skinny. muscle gain is generally thanks too what you eat, not how you workout. (yes u will gain some musc mass without changing your diet, but wont be much!) What kind of exercises do you advice if i want to lose weight not build muscle?
most cardio tones your legs, but not too much so if you just want to be thin, cardio would be the best option.

so to lose weight to get that thin look you'd have to eat a small amount of calories a day- 1100, 1200 is the lowest you should go. you should lose up to 2lb a week, just from cutting down calories.

ALL exercises work muscle- therefore, they build it.
To lose weight you should do cardio which is something that will keep your heart rate increased for a long period of time. Running, cycling, swimming, etc. Interval training also helps with losing weight. (Running then walking etc.)
Eat healthy and run.
